Master the Art of Safe and Successful Tapping Sessions

Learn practical tools and techniques to develop your skill as a confident and successful practitioner

Just because you have been trained in and feel like you have mastered a healing tool like tapping, it doesn't mean that you feel comfortable working with clients.

Helping someone else in a session is different than working on your own issues or in a practice session. The moment you are in a real client session, everything feels different.

Here are some of the topics I am asked about when working with my students who are practitioners:

  • How to communicate better with their clients
  • How to find root causes faster
  • How best to encourage clients to do homework between sessions
  • What do when an unexpected issue comes up
  • What do when they don't know what to do next
  • How to make sure clients are safe during and after the session
  • How to track clients' progress
  • How to keep clients accountable

I love these types of questions because they stem from an understanding that helping clients is not just about what healing modalities we use. It is also about how we show up, communicate, and structure the healing process.

When you are in the middle of a session, no matter how much you want to do right by your clients, it can feel a little overwhelming to manage all the concerns listed above.

AND then the struggle can be compounded by your critical voice.

While you are in the middle of a session and trying to keep all the details straight, your critical voice starts questioning your ability as a practitioner…if you are making the right choice in the moment…wondering what your client is thinking about you…and if you will ever be as competent as other practitioners you know!

It is hard to be caught between wanting to help others and wondering if you are capable and qualified to do so.

It comes down to the art of delivery!

Being a successful practitioner and running successful sessions does not just depend on being good with your transformational tools, it is about how you use those tools. This is often referred to as "the art of delivery".

The art of delivery encompasses everything beyond the tools themselves and even though we refer to it as an art, that doesn't mean it is mysterious or unknowable.

You can learn practical fundamentals to make the art of the delivery like second nature, in much the same way as you have mastered your transformational tools such as tapping.

To help you feel more confident in your ability, and to trust your gifts and talents with clients, I have created a new program called Tapping Session Success Blueprint.

Everything included in the training

Being well resourced and prepared

Be the best practitioner you can be by preparing for every client session so that you show up in an optimum state. Learn to release your own agenda in client sessions and how to safely move on from each session in a healthy state of mind for whatever comes next.

How to structure a client session

There are six key elements to a successful tapping session, and we will teach you each one. Once you understand the hows and whys of all six elements, you can begin to customize the blueprint to suit your personal style and the types of issues you work on with your clients.

Using tapping effectively

Learn the best practices for the tapping portion of a client session. These include how to build rapport, how to help hesitant clients safely tune in to difficult issues in the most productive way, what to do when an unexpected issue arises, what to do when you aren't sure what to do next as a practitioner, and how to stick to your goal for a session and avoid chasing every memory or issue that crops up.

Creating a long-term transformational journey for your clients

When working with clients over multiple sessions, it is important to have a clear plan in mind. Learn how to create a long-term healing journey for your clients, plus effective ways to conduct an intake process for new clients, how to track your clients' progress, and how to help to keep them accountable so that they do their work outside sessions.

To summarize, you will learn how to show up for client sessions, how best to structure a tapping session, how to get the most out of the tapping (and all the other amazing tools you use), and how to help your clients for the long term.

And I'm not alone!

One of the things that I am most excited about in this training is that my sister, Elaine Monterastelli, will be co-leading the program. That means you will get two Monterastellis for the price of one!

Elaine has over 20 years of coaching experience. She is thoughtful, insightful, empathetic, and a great coach. I’m excited for you to benefit from her wisdom.

The Tapping Session Success Blueprint will take place live on Zoom on Saturday, August 29th starting at 10:00 AM Eastern US time and will run until about 4:00 PM Eastern.

There will be breaks for stretching and meals during the training to ensure you are able to stay engaged and focused.

The entire training will be recorded to allow you to access the teaching as often as you would like afterwards. We will cover a great deal of content on the day and while you will understand all of it right away, you will find nuance and subtleties in the material as you revisit it over time.

The training also includes a bonus Q&A session on Saturday, September 19th at 12 noon Eastern US time. This will give you a chance not only to digest what you have learned at the training but try it out with your clients. You can then ask follow-up questions based on your lived experience.

We are offering the training, the recordings, and the bonus Q&A session for just $247.

You are going to love this!

If this helps you to work with clients more confidently, safely, and successfully, and if you help even one client to find deeper and longer lasting healing, then the training will pay for itself.

I am passionate about equipping helpers and practitioners to trust themselves and their giftedness. The more well-formed and effective healing practitioners there are in the world, the better place it is for all of us.

Elaine and I hope you can join us on August 29th!

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to use the processes and approaches exactly as you teach them?

Absolutely not! Not only are we going to be sharing blueprints and processes with you, but we will explain the reasoning behind each one. This will give you the opportunity to tailor the teaching to your own approach and style.

What if tapping isn't my primary or only healing tool? Will I get anything out of this training?

YES! The focus of the training is how to structure client sessions so that you create a safe environment to allow the deepest level of healing possible. Most of the approaches we are teaching have nothing to do with the specific tool you use for transformation.

My primary tool is tapping, but these approaches will work with any healing modality. Even in section three where we will talk explicitly about tapping, the same concepts can easily be adapted to most transformational tools.

Will I receive recordings of the training afterwards?

Yes. We do this for two reasons. First, we know that some people will not be able to join us live on August 29th. Second, we will cover a great deal of content on the day and while you will understand all of it right away, you will find nuance and deeper understanding as you revisit it over time.

Who is Elaine Monterastelli?

Elaine is my amazing sister. She joined my team fulltime in May 2022. She has more than 20 years of coaching experience in different settings. She is thoughtful, insightful, and empathic. I can't wait for you to benefit from her experience and expertise.

I know how to tap and have had success with practice clients, but my biggest issue is my confidence as a practitioner. Will this training be useful for me?

For sure. One of the scariest parts of working with clients one-on-one is we have no idea what they will say next or what issues may pop up unexpectedly. A large portion of section three of the training is designed to help you feel better equipped to handle the unexpected nature of transformation and client sessions. You will learn tools to successfully navigate whatever comes up.

The best part is your clients will not suspect that you are responding to the expected or that you have changed the plan for the session. From a client's point of view, when you use this approach, it will feel comfortable and as if everything is going exactly as planned.

What happens if I have a question about the training after I have started using what I have learned in my client sessions?

On Saturday, September 19th at 12 noon Eastern US time we will be running a bonus Q&A session. This will give you a chance to try out what you learn with your clients and then have your questions answered.
