Each option is built for a specific situation, so you can choose what fits where you are now.
One-on-one work is time focused on a single issue you want to work through.
You bring the issue. We work directly with it. This works best when you have one clear area to focus on, when you want short-term support, or when you want to work something through without committing to a longer structure.
The setup is intentionally minimal so our time stays centered on the work rather than the format.
How sessions work:
Monthly Support provides a consistent monthly check-in over the course of a year.
You receive 30 minutes each month for a calendar year. Use it that month or forfeit it.
This option is useful if you want regular support as things change and unfold, without needing to decide in advance what each session will be used for.
How it works:
Fresh Start Transformation is a defined, short-term container for change.
We start by getting clear on what you want to work on and what support will help you move forward. From there, we continue the work across the next few months, with reinforcement between sessions.
How sessions work:
Core 16 is built for work that needs time, repetition, and structure.
This container addresses longer-standing patterns, including how you relate to yourself and how you experience the world. The work unfolds over multiple sessions, each with a clear focus.
How it works:
Black Card offers the highest level of access and continuity.
You receive weekly sessions for a full year, with ongoing support that adapts as life changes.
There are only 5 Black Cards available at any given time. Current 3 are available.
