What is tapping?

You can use tapping on yourself, share it with someone experiencing emotional distress or overwhelm, and bring relaxation to an entire group. This tool can be easily used by all ages, making it perfect for teachers and parents.
What you will learn in the workshop
You will learn how to use tapping to calm yourself down in a moment of distress, set your day up for success, and go to bed feeling relaxed. Gene will also teach you how to share this with your children, grandchildren, or students so that they can use tapping on their own whenever they need it.
